  • Your Challenges

    The activities that await you in our back office are as varied and diverse as our consulting projects. We are therefore looking for a trustworthy person with a high sense of responsibility.

    Your challenges:

    • Preparation and Validation of invoices in a timely manner and clarifying requests with our clients

    • Monitoring and validation of accounts payable including regular reconciliations of vendor statements

    • Review and approval of travel expenses

    • Preparation of travel expenses for the accounting team

    • Creation of meaningful financial reports and evaluations on costs and revenue

    • Completion of administrative tasks such as authority notifications (e.g. IHK, VBG, AWV Z4, etc.)

    • Support with process optimization

  • Your Profile

    • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or academic degree with a focus on finance, business administration or a similar

    • Relevant working experience in one or more of the topics mentioned above

    • Ideally first experiences in Finance or related topics

    • Structured, target- and solution-oriented approach with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

    • Very good communication skills and a high extent of proactivity and sense of responsibility

    • You have relevant knowledge of common Office tools and are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint or SharePoint

    • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
