Your Challenges
Building Quality Software
You will write high-quality, testable code that solves real business problems. We will support you as you learn our codebase, development practices, and grow your technical skills in a structured environment.
Working in a Collaborative Team
You will collaborate daily with your teammates and manager, participating in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and team discussions. You will learn to communicate technical concepts clearly and contribute your ideas
Learning the Business Domain
You will learn how your technical work connects to customer value. We will help you see the bigger picture beyond individual tasks
Taking Ownership of Your Work
You will be responsible for your assigned tasks from implementation through to production, including writing tests and monitoring your changes. We believe in hands-on learning through real responsibility.
Growing Through Continuous Improvement
You will actively seek feedback from your teammates and manager, identify areas for your own growth, and contribute observations about how we can improve our processes and systems.
Your Profile
Enrolled in, or about to begin, a Master's program in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
Strong technical skills
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
Excellent communication skills
In-depth knowledge with Python, Java or a comparable language
Experience with web services, APIs or messaging technologies is a plus
Experience with databases is a plus
Experience with CI/CD is a plus
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Eager to learn about business domains (quantitative methods, trading processes, energy and financial markets)
Fluent in German and English
Availability of more than 6 months, 16-20h / week
